The instrument provides ethanol concentration through a NIR (Near Infrared) system, in less than 60 seconds and uses only 40ml of sample.
The NIR system uses a patented spectroscopic analytical technique with multiple wavelengths of the infrared spectrum.
The software interface allows the user to perform the analysis in a very simple way, allowing at the same time the machine to run automatic washing and calibration cycles.
